Just a quick FYI...it has come to my attention that the form in PDF format cannot be altered when downloaded, therefore it can't be filled out online and e-mailed back in. I'm computer stupid.
A fellow Cobra friend is helping me out on that and I hope to have some other solution soon. In the meantime, if you want to do everything by computer (instead of snail mail), you can just e-mail me all of the info requested on the registration form when sending Paypal. I'll print that out.
