Here we go again! The latest emissions testing mess sure doesen't give a person much faith that the program works.
This program should have been terminated when the first program was shut down. It won't happen however because our political officials have no backbone. What's worse is that so many service staions and other repair facilities have invested so much money that they don't want to stop the program even though they are having problems. The number of old cars on the road is decreasing and more cars with latest emissions equipment are taking their place. It's all about money and no guts to tell the feds to go to @#$$##%. By the way even the Washington DC area is starting to question the whole thing.
