Question Air compressor filters??
It's been awhile since I used my air compressor, and I'm having a problem with water blowing out of my sander. I have a filter(one of those glass cartridge inline deals) that takes out water, but it's not working. Can the element(looks like some sort of stone) be cleaned? Replaced? Do I need a whole new filter(they run about $70. and I have less than 10 hours on this one)?
Also, in my old shop the compressor was out of the way. In my new garage, it's next to the car. The entire compressor get very hot. Is this normal? If not I may have a wiring problem.
