Tom, I had my hood metal morphised by Ron Radall in CT, the process actually sprays alum on hood when done it looks like real aluminum actually it is real aluminum you have to keep it polished or it will tarnish but it's a lot more than $32.00 if it dosn't work out Ron is a good second option!
