Well,
the first production run of cars are being assembled at Derrick Walker Racing.

The first few cars (including mine) are scheduled to be there on display, in May, during Indy 500 week.
If you see the shop, the technology, and caliber of what is built there every day,,,,,and don't think it indeed is a "state of the art" facility,,,,,,,
then you are very hard to impress.
The point I was originally trying to make with my , "state of the art" description, is that these cars aren't being assembled in some guys back yard, who's day job is flipping burgers.
The GT40NA is being designed, manufactured, assembled, and set up by the very same team that consturct the 200plus mph racecars everyday.
The combination of building a handcrafted street car,
using the modern racing car materials, techniques, and experience, is an idea that I believe will work quite well.
