Yeah, that is Costco the wholesale outfit. I was totally surprised when the factory routed me to them when I made my inquiry. They had a great looking blue w/white stripe model on the floor of one of the stores and both my wife and I ordered ours on the spot.

I'll follow up on the manual and pictures within the next couple of days. Today is the day to get RumblB ready for the public.

I did not get the master key for the Hella system either - wasn't even aware of there was one until reading your guys' notes. I'll rest a little easier now knowing someone has one. As for the address... the company's name is Hella KG Hueck & Co. There is a card in German which I think says the address is 59552 Lippstadt. Maybe Eric can confirm.
