Todd, as you know, most specialty companies are very restrictive in their usage allowance. Hence why they charge so little. I am a special investigator for one of them. But they do allow you to have fun with the car. They just don't want the car used as a daily driver or errand runner. I've reviewed claims where the car was damaged in a store parking lot. If it was determined it was just a pleasure drive and not being used daily, we won't deny the claim.

From my understanding Hagerty does not insure Cobras anymore. Best advice I have is to read the policy carefully, be truthful on the application, and you will have no problems at all. There are several companies who still write Cobras. Condon and Skelly, American Collectors, State Farm, Progressive, etc....
