I found where the noise is coming from. I pulled the driveshaft and the front u-joint is binding.
I have a few options:
I can change the pinion angle which is a major pain.
or I could put a shim under the transmission mount to change the angle.
It also ocurred to me that my transmission mount maybe flexing too much when I hit bumps. Is there such a thing as a solid transmission mount?
