Give me the name of the sales rep you spoke with...first let's see if it is even our office that you spoke with. I find it very hard to believe that you did not get a price quote if you did call. How can we sell floors if we don't give you a price? Did you mention that you were a CC member?

No one killed a club special buy...the only thing that was killed was the fact that the guy who was claiming to be able to sell it at a special price was not truthfull with fellow members. If the large order was shipped to his location in AZ, then shipped out to various members locations, then he can sell all he wants to, but that wasn't the original deal with the manufacturer.

Someone needs to start reading the posts more carefully...
