Hi Gino,
brother is a signwriter with a cad operated sign cutting machine. I want him to do something similiar to what you are after for side badge. I was going to machine badge blanks and have him make up text to suit "GenIII LS1"
of course and then fill with clear acrylic to get a sealed finish look. At home now but will post a dwg. from work with my idea. Happy to do for you if it works out.
