Dwain, you need the park switch so you don't want to cut any wires. You just need to remove the blue wire from the back of the switch connector and run it directly to ground. Then hookup the wires as the manual tells you. You will need to clip the ends from the Classic harness and splice in longer wires to reach the motor. You can also pickup the smaller spade connectors you need to attach to the motor at NAPA.
