Oooo-k, bear with me...
I'm still missing something...

The only thing I've accomplished is removing the blue wire from the connection block and connecting it to ground.

The manual says, "...Run the 3 individual wires over to the wiper motor and connect #123 to the wiper motor (doesn't say where), #148 to the high speed (how is high speed identified?) and #149 to the low speed."

How do I connect 3 wires to 2 terminals?
