Heck, I called Zaino's technical support number once (forgot why) and Sal Zaino himself answered the phone! Talk about support!

Real1 - I was a firm believer in the 1, 2, 3 thing as well. Did it many times. Takes a VERY long time to do correctly but can yield exceptional reasults. Zaino will yield exceptional results as well, but is much easier to accomplish. I haven't had time to add the 7th coat yet.
