I called Adocation Inc. (lobby for SEMA) Mr. McDonald sent me to Chuck Cole (916-447-8229) in Sacramento. We talked on Monday and I was expecting a call back from him on Tuesdeay. I've left messages at his office but I'm not getting any calls back.
