No idea on Lucien although I have read about his mufflers in other forums. THanks for all the tips. I am really stuck on this one. I have heared the spiral baffles are good but dont muffle much at idle - possibly due to the decreased airflow.

My big concern is that by opening up my exhaust from 2" internal diameter to 3.5" I know I will increase sound just by doing that. But then by putting on a pair of racing mufflers - well it will create all kinds of problems then. I am in search of hp and I know that comes at a cost of sound if you are going to get it thru exhaust, but there has got to be a better middle ground than I am finding!

ANy ideas or am I wrong about the spiral baffles?
