stayed up half the night trying to figure this out. I think the problem is my picture is more than 40000 k. They seem to be around 61 k or something. Of course, that must not be it because YOU got one of my pictures to post!!! I'll email you Ron. THANKS!

kristen p.s. i hate to admit failure... Had my "avatar" posted the first night on Club Cobra, and pictures in my gallery, too. Can't see what I'm missing!!
