Unfortunately there is only one way to do it, which, as I'm sure you know, requires removing the seats, carpets and rear panel. However, once you've done it a few times it gets easier and easier. Just use an electric drill with a screwsdriver bit to remove/reinstall and the screws and it will go a lot faster. I can probably remove mine in 20 minutes or so at this point.
