What I used in the part of the shop was a Metal Hilide unit when on looks like some one turned the sun on (has to be at least 12 ft. off the ground) this works the best that I have found.Where the ceiling is not 12 ft. I used recess 8ft tubes there.Over the bench hung 4 ft. Us old farts have to have a lot of light
