When you switch to a coilover shock, you replace both the stock shock and spring. The new spring actually rides on the shock which gives you the ride-height adjustment by raising or lowering the collar the spring sits on.

I've got a coilover that would work if you want to replace your stock lower a-arm with a tubular lower a-arm, otherwise, Carrera makes a sweet bolt-in coilover that works with the stock lower a-arm.

For the rear, the same applies in the fact that the coilover replaces both shock and spring. For this there are several options for coilovers, just measure the shocks you have and find one close to the same length.
