Thumbs up Re-installing my rebuilt 514 this weekend

It will be easy with the transmission out. A tall hoist is all you need, and a LOT of caution not to damage the body/paint!

It very much helps to have a qualified assistant. In my case it's a professional mechanic buddy of mine. I am more like the assistant in this case

Re-installing the tranny is something I leave to my buddies at the tranny shop. I now have the knowledge to do it myself, but an hydraulic lift makes the job a LOT easier, and initially I did not have the know-how to do it, anyway. I "live" at the shop when they work on my car.. in fact they let me work on my car while it's there. Therefore have solved many problems my car initially had, with professional kibbitzers standing by to critique
