Dan,
I don't think you'll find "raised" spindles. If tightening the collers on the coilovers won't raise your car, jack up the front and see what it looks like. If you still don't have enough gap between your tire and fender, you have shocks that are too short. The shocks are all you probably need to deal with. Also, for your lower A arm to be correct, it must be level to the ground. And if your ride seems hurt,(or stiffer) lighten up on the springs. Hope this helps,
