Bob Atkins and I go back to the mid-70's, when I figured out that like fingerprints, every human being's metabolism is different.

I ate the way my thin parents and brothers did, and I slowly crept up to 270 by the time I was 24.

I'm 53 now, and 188.

If I eat "radical" Atkins, I stay under 200.

If I eat "normal people," I'll be right back up there...

and it ain't happenin' this time.

My Dr. and I agree...

"Iwas born a fat guy, and I will die a fat guy, but I can pack a few more years in between if I am a SKINNY fat guy."

My biggest problem is that I am a gourmet cook.

It makes my heart smile to read the above success stories!

But I know what works for me.

Of course, I cheat occasionally... I had a dinner roll at Thanksgiving.

And a piece of pecan pie at Christmas. It gave me the skitters.

Good luck!!!
