Did you try the nitrous oxide kit from Jeggs?
Just kidding. If you could find some way to increase the voltage to the motor, I think it will run faster. Just how you would accomplish that is the question of the day. Relays and a motorcycle battery come to mind, but I'm sure there is a better way.
