I have never seen 4 lug GT40 style wheels but they be out there somewhere.

A better selection can be found in 5 lug patterns. Why dont you swap to 5 lug ford or Chevy pattern hubs.

Even cheaper would be drill your 4 lug hubs to 5 lug. You may have to weld up the 4 lug holes to restore some strength to the hubs if they are lacking in meat between the holes or hub thickness. Should work for street use, I would think.
