I am sure if you buy a plate in Victoria that is the one off only cost. There is no additional yearly costs.
Certainly makes it better there for having the plate.
It's amazing sometimes what is available, and often the most obvious.
Now I don't think we could have anymore REPTYL's or REPTLE's.
