I had the same problem on my 68 Fastback, so I got some o-rings, take off one nut at a time,roll the o-ring over the stud, pusing it up against the housing,then put the nut back on and tighten.

If this is where the leak is from, this should help.

It's a cheap fix if it works, good luck !
