The 'stock' 470HP 428 is $2000 more than the 'stock' 406 (a 430 HP 390FE) or $4000 more if you go with a Dual 4 barrel.

The 406 is the engine they use to replicate a 427 when you add the optional extras. Least that's what I remember.
