Ian supplied my door seals as part of upholstery package.

It is fairly soft and is normally used in industry for gaskets on duct flanges.

It is available in various widths and thickneses and comes pre glued. Really easy to fit.Not cheap if you have to buy the whole roll but you may be able to do a deal with Mike.

Available fom places like Blackwoods.

As for extinguishers 1kg should be sufficient. I think short ones look best and easier to find a space. If you want to do track work then it needs to meet a certain standard ie metal support brackets etc and needs to be replaced every couple of years.
