I was lucky enough to find my original one thrown in a box with the spare clutch parts by the tranny builder who did not know what to do with it.
However, this fellow claimed to be able to order me a new one:

I will look in our mid shift kits and look at this part. I know we don't
have a spare in stock but can order it. The price will be around $85 if the
price is the same.

I had to figure out the installation on my own. In a nutshell, you remove the outer boot and shifter by removing the two large bolts on the sides of the shifter turret, then remove the turret itself from the top of the transmission. Clean all the old gasket gunk off the mating surfaces without dropping anything down into the whole -- I stuffed clean rags into the hole to avoid this (it is also easy to get loose carpet fibers in there). The
oil deflector is a press-in fit, and it installs against a shoulder inside the turret with the edge lip facing downward. I flipped the turret upside down and put it flat on a block of wood to avoid cracking, then placed the
oil deflector in, centered carefully, then I put a hole saw of similar circumference to the edge of the
oil deflector on it, then with another block off wood on top of the hole saw a few firm hits with a heavy hammer in the center seated the oil deflector nicely. Reassembled the whole thing and no leaks since.
Good luck.
