does the rear torque upward when under a forward load, or a reverse load?

if i launch hard i don't get the problem, so i'm guessing it also torques down on braking...which would explain the grinding would it not?...

JayBar: I will try adjusting the ride height some more this week...i'm keeping my fingers crossed!
