We never did get it sealed properly again, but I must say I did not attempt to remove the pan again. Too much trouble with the engine in the car. Your particular pan appears to have severe rust(?) maybe it could be epoxied from the inside or carefully heliarc welded before installing. Once installed if there is a leak in this area the windage and crankcase pressure will make a real mess! Maybe the gasket could be replaced and the rivets redone. Good Luck.
