I think the option of the 'nutserts' would also be good for around the bonnet/hood edge. Once the 'button head' is in place, it will cover the 'nutsert'.

Must say I was not keen on the rivets as they have a tendancy to pull into the glass and are obviously difficult to get out if you need to touch up paint or change things. Just my $.02 worth.



Gino - AC514 - on this forum has used the 'nuserts' across the rear of his Cobra to attach/screw the hood bits into. Looks good and he can just screw them out. Just a thought if you plan to use the 'nutserts'
