One thought would be buy a ($55 ea. AFCO) set of the MII's as Jack21 said and cut the inside ends off at your radii required, weld in 5/8" threaded inserts and install 5/8" threaded Heim type joints.
The trouble with the MII adjustable upper shaft arms they tend to be too wide in the chassis mounting points relative to the lower arms making the lowers grow in mounting location points to 14" or so. One of the very reasons that Heidts came out with the "super ride" lowers for their old style uppers.
Your spindle choice will dictate most of your requirements anyway.
