Flip,
When I view your gallery I see the "add photo" link and also I note that there is a "log out" link.
From the screen clip that you have posted I see that there is no "add photo" link but instead of a "log out" link there is a "log in" link which makes me think that you are not being seen as loged in on that screen.
Check on your "edit options" page that you have "browse board with cookies" checked as yes.
