Its all to do with how you set your login when using the forum.
If you notice, sometimes you don't see who's browsing the Site even though they are there eg Bernie, Mike, me etc.
Pretty sure its because they / I have our login ticked and therefore are logged in every time we visit the Site.
The only time I have to login is when I have closed Windows, which is very rare as my PC is on 24 / 7 (Business - Hard Work
)
I'm pretty sure that is why you can't access the upload tag ie you was not logged in properly.
Hope the above makes sense as I'm not sure it does - what the hell its Friday.
Also, now you are a guru, please provide details on how to place an Avatar - you know, the symbol below your name.
