I wouldn't worry about
oil temps in the 200 to 210 range. That's about where it should be to outgas condensation and some comtaminants that accumulate in the
oil.
Running an
oil cooler quite often results in oil temps being too low which is why people use an oil cooler thermostat in their applications.
