Default Ford Racing Aluminum Oil Filter Adapter
Part No. M-6880-A50. Allows you to mount your oil filter at 90 degrees from the block. Brand new in box. Bought it and couldn't fit it between my block and frame. $50+ at Summit. Make an offer.
