I have an older NAF 289 Cobra. The original owner updated the body to Lemans Replica from the original style. (the Lemans Replica was the comp car that was after Lemans, but prior to the FIA). I'm running a Hipo 289 with a Lemans cam (318/320 with .508 lift). Power goes thru a toploader tranny to a Ford 9 inch stuffed with 4.11 gears... Every chance I get I drive it... which is frequent...
