Bruce, thank you for your reply and I would love to see how they were installed. For the record, door poppers would ease my worries about how careful passengers would be on getting into my car. I dont want to have to worry that each time someone leans over my car to open the door, they don't scratch my paint job with a belt buckle, jewelry, etc. Second, one thing I will never understand is why Cobra replica owners believe that making a cobra a custom car is taboo. I have power brakes and steering, I have heated seats and a completely custom interior. If I wanted a go cart I would have bought one. I took a car that I loved and added all the things that make the car more enjoyable to own. I'm painting the car deep plum with silver stripes, I added a porsche rollbar, 7" motorized LCD stereo system and loading it with neon.........to each his, or in my case her own.
