I bought a bracket from Finish line that attaches to the bar at the base. it's height is adjustable. the eye bolt locations are arranged by spacers. It has two eyes. I have mine set just high enough so that the belts are only slightly lower than your shoulders .If it too low when you break hard the belt will try to compress you.If it is higher than your shoulders it will let you come up off the seat.If you are running a traditional cobra seat your back is not supported above your shoulder blades .Id look at another seat if you're thinking about needing real good shoulder belts.I now know what I should have known before I spent my money.
