The sprintex is a positive displacement supercharger from the twin screw design. Through a combination of intercooling and water injection on pump 98 ron fuel you could get a hell of alot more than 310kws out of 4.6l
As you say it would be nice if Ford did it, cos its real easy to wind the whick up on forced induction engines and with little effort you could easily melt the pistons with the amount of power
Or blow the head from the block
And best of all the engine would look externally stock more or less so no little yellow canaries.
