I think you have under estimated there Bernie, we actually employ 27 mechanics, includeing 3 Toyota Master techs.
We also have the Toyota technician of the year 2003 (he cannot enter for another 2 years)
We also employ about 6 -8 apprentices (2-3 each year)
I dont know the actual size of the workshop but every tech has a work bay and all 4th year apprentices have a bay, also there are 8 hoist bays plus the pit you can see, plus a wash bay and engine room.
There is also a library/computer room for workshop manuals.
The whole workshop is air conditioned.
And we have just started an expansion program where we are going to build a second workshop on the neighbouring block of land the owner just bought
