Default Temperature Switch with a 3/8" NPT thread?

Does anyone know of a Temperature Switch with a 3/8" NPT thread that can be used to control the fan?
There are water outlets (thermostat housing) available for the 302 that have a 3/8" NPT port already in them.
A while back someone suggested a Wells TU46 Temp Switch but it's 1/2" NPT and I was just hoping there might be a 3/8" version available.
I know I could probably get the stock outlet drilled and tapped for the TU46 but a 1/2" NPT has threads almost 3/4" in diameter and that's not going to leave much metal to thread. It also extends pretty far into the outlet and may cause interference with the thermostat.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
