Other than Shelby's acceptance speech, the show was incredibly boring. Shelby said something like I don't know what the h*** an icon is but I'll take the award. I turned the show off after the Shelby speech.

It seemed like the show was targeted at a teen boy audience with Carmen Electra and the dancing girls. The award categories all had goofy "hip" names. Carmen's lines came off sounding about as fake as I imagine her breast probably are... There were dumb lines, like talking about button her pants after getting out of a car and saying something about dropping her top (referring to convertibles). The other hosts seemed just as bored with being there as Carmen was.

I should have taped the show, then I could have skipped all the boring stuff.
