Aaron-
I mounted the original style leather seat pointed straight ahead. Since that seat has so little support and will allow my body to turn towards the pedals I don't see any advantage to mounting it crooked. When I have the Kirkey racing seat in the car I have to mount it rotated toward the pedals since it won't allow my legs to rotate.
