Now that I have had the car out in the rain, and sun a few times, I am even more impressed with the fit of the hardtop. Not a squeak or rattle.

The key (I think) is the very close fit to the front curve of the windscreen frame. If you go ahead, I would be happy to post detail pics of the fitting. There may be some ideas you could 'build' into a hardtop order.

Also important is the fit of the windows to the frame, and a smart little press stud that snugs the window top to the frame to prevent vacuum flapping.

Finally the wrap around rear glass (plastic), make visibility very, very useable.
