Thanks for the advice, I decided to go with buying a second corvette style mount. Eagle Melbourne had one left in stock. It has arrived and the spacing is perfect

Next question, on the top of the rubber mount is a little round pin which fits into the mounting ear. On the bottom of the rubber mount is this little protruding rectangle. Do you grind it off or attempt to make a comparable hole in the chassis engine supports?
