These "Offies" have been around for 30 years that I know of. Was reading the same claims for tweaking a then new '72 Goat.

Stands to reason that if they did everything claimed, they'd be way more popular, and everybody would be using them!? But they're not. I can't say, I've never owned one.

For your 351W, it would seem like you have 3 choices for an intake for a street motor that will fit under the hood of a Cobra. Edelbrock Performer RPM, Edelbrock Performer RPM Air Gap (OK in sun belt, so-so in rust belt), Wiand Stealth. All ~$200 new (Summit - Jegs), maybe cheaper on eBay.
