Default Nuts

Hey there again.

This forum has been a great help with all my questions so far but I think I might have a question that will be hard to answer.

My boss races dune buggies as most of you know, He is going to have a fair nudge at the Australian championships this year and is building alot of spares and rebuilding everything between races, The car uses a V6 from the camry with alot of work (twin turbo amongst other things)

The motors are being assembled useing studs instead of bolts wherever possable.
He is looking for nuts to suit the camshaft upper journal bolts, the studs are 7mm with a 1 mm thread pitch, does anyone know where we can buy approx 150 of these?
They need to have a flange on the lower edge.

If you know someone who sells them please e-mail me at davidr@peterkittle.com.au

Thanks again.

Here are some pics

Lucky last, this isnt my boss but it gives you an idea of the speeds on a section of race track (not a fast section)

Yes that is 195
