Paul - I moved to Colorado in 1997 from California and have really enjoyed it.

Driving Weather: As stated above October through April has some very nice days but the roads can be bad if we have had some snow. Summer is great but we do get rain a few days a week for a few hours a day. Overall Colorado is great if you are tough and enjoy driving your car. If you want to keep it perfect you may have trouble.

Neighborhoods: I live just south west of Parker in Castle Rock and I really do enjoy it. Parker has lots of nice places to live but beware of Parker Road and Arapahoe Road if you have to commute during rush hour. Let me know if you need a Realtor and I can get you in touch with a good friend of mine.
